Ceremonial Switch-on and energization

Sitio Yabyabuan at Bagong in the Municipality of Sablan is one of the recipients of the government funded Sitio Electrification Program.

This February 2018 marks a year of the energization of the sitio. The project was actually completed in January 2017.

The simple ceremonial switch-on was graced by Gov. Crescencio C. Pacalso of Benguet, Mr. Peter Guibac representing Congressman Ronald M. Cosalan, Arthur C. Baldo and Manuel B. Munar, Jr, Sablan Mayor and Vice Mayor respectively, and the barangay officials. Police Provincial Director Lyndon Mencio also tagged along to pay a visit to Bagong, having been there years back.

Board of Director Robert Valentin recognized the collective effort of all who accomplished the project. He likewise acknowledged the support of all who were present to witness the impact of electricity in the area.
